How I know that my order has been received?

All order will receive a confirmation message and an Order Number from us. If you hear no news from us within two working hours, please call us at (603) 7806 4428, or fax us at (603) 7806 4426, or e-mail us. For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.
 
What if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before delivery date, otherwise 50% cancellation charge will be imposed before delivery is attempted. No cancellation is allowed if delivery is attempted.
 
Is my personal information secure?

Bright Garden’s site utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology to ensure the safety of your personal information as they travel across The Internet.

All information in the order form is encrypted to render it undecipherable to protect the personal data that you provide during your shopping process with Bright Garden.
 
Is ‘Privacy’ an issue?

Bright Garden assures its customers that the information given to us , such as your contact details, credit card details will be treated as confidential and will not disclose to any other parties including recipient of the order.
 
What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the item I choose?

Bright Garden, at its option will replace or refund the purchase price of the order if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality. The purchaser or user assumes, without limitation, all risk for any loss or damage arising out of the use of this service.

Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 24 hours since the time of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price of the order. This is if the product or service is found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.

How do I place an Online order?

After choosing the product, click on the “Buy Now” button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart and bring you to the add-on page. At this point you can continue shopping or proceed to the order form
 
When is my credit card charged?

We will charge you credit card as soon as we’ve receive your order. Should there be any problems with the process, we will notify you as soon as possible via phone or e- mail to recommend a solution.
 
Will I need to pay any additional charges (Delivery, handling ect) Online?
       
There will be certain Delivery Surcharges on the Flowers and Gifts. Please read the Delivery Information for more details.
 
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
       
You may change the product to another of same or greater price if its production is not in process. You can email us the changes before we proceed.
 
How and when do I cancel an order?
       
You may cancel the order if the product is not yet in production.
 
Are there any non-Online methods of placing my orders?
       
You may order through Fax, or you may call us to place an order.

How can I track the status of an order?

Delivery, Shipping & Returns

Are there any additional delivery, shipping and handling charge. Do I have to pay shipping & handling for each shipment on my order?
       
You may need to pay for certain Delivery Surcharges for the delivery area. Please refer to the Delivery Information for more details.
 
What is Bright Garden return policy?

The Recipient should not accept it. We will resend a new replacement at no cost.

There will be not be any discounts as delivery is done free of charge.
